The passing out parade and attestation ceremony of constable
general duty of ITBP 1st batch held today at Recruit training centre
(RTC), Kimin of Arunachal Pradesh .On this occasion, Inspector
general of ITBP Nitin Aggrwal as the chief guest has appreciated the
physical training of new recruitees.
Our correspondent reported that the people were witnessed
the demonstration of weapon practice beside amazing Shows
presented by recruitees during the function.
During the period of 44 weeks of training, the recruited
constables were trained in various skills like field craft, battle
craft, and internal security including arms training, at this training
center. The 325th, 326th and 327th batches of force have also taken
oath during the function. In this first batch at Kimin training center, many constables
performed remarkable heights in the fields of sports also. One of
them has won the national award in Kabaddi and 17 other
candidates have won state level awards in football and basket ball
events.

Chief Minister Nabam Tuki on Thursday felicitated retired
Principal Chief Conservator of Forests B S Sajwan in a small but
glittering function in Itanagar. IFS batch of 1976, AGMUT cadre,
Sajwan served the Government for 36 years and nine months in
various capacities. A National expert in Medicinal Plants, Sajwan
served 10 years in Arunachal Pradesh in various capacities. (Media

The newly constructed Telam Primary Health Centre extension
building(under MLALAD fund) was inaugurated by the MLA Tako
Dabii on Friday. The building comprising eight rooms would provide
better service to the people, said Dabii on the occasion. (DIPRO)
The executive members of newly elected team of All Arunachal
Pradesh Students Union lead by its president Kamta Lapung on
Friday held an extensive interaction with press fraternities of state
in Itanagar. During the interaction AAPSU sought cooperation and
help of press fraternities in their endeavour to fight for the rights of

State Governor (Retd) general J.J. Singh and chief minister
Nabam Tuki have conveyed warm greetings to people of Arunachal
pradesh on the occasion of Si Donyi.In his message, the Governor
expressed hope that the festivity will usher in peace, good health

Muskan Welfare Society led by its Chairperson, First Lady
Anupama Singh, in collaboration with Department of Health and
Family Welfare, Arunachal Pradesh State AIDS Control Society and
Ramakrishna Mission Hospital, Itanagar today organized a Voluntary
Blood Donation Camp in Raj Bhawan, Itanagar. State governor retd.

Hospital, members of Muskan Welfare Society, students from VKV,
Chimpu and NCC Cadets from Govt. Higher Secondary School,
Itanagar participated in the camp.Speaking on the occasion, the
Governor said that Arunachal Pradesh still lacks basic facilities for
Blood Banks and suffers from communication bottlenecks to shift
patients in need of blood. During the day 82 units of Blood were
collected.
A one-day campaign under Clean India-Arunachal was
organised recently by the Department of Tourism in and around
Donyi Polo Dere, Taxi and Sumo counters in Aalo. Around 200
participants attended the campaign. The main objective of the
campaign is to sensitize and motivate the denizen to keep the
environment pollution free and plastic free. (DIPRO)
The first District Co-ordination meeting of Arunachal Youth
Congress in West Siang District was held in Basar on Thursday.The
