अनुसंधान केन्द्र        
एशिया का सबसे बड़ा दलहन अनुसंधान संस्थान मध्यप्रदेश में खोला जायेगा। इस संस्थान में दलहनी फसलों के साथ ही उनकी गुणवत्ता पर अनुसंधान किया जायेगा। अंतर्राष्ट्रीय शुष्क क्षेत्रीय अनुसंधान केन्द्र द्वारा स्थापित किये जाने वाले इस संस्थान के लिए चीन की जगह भारत का चयन किया गया है। इसके लिए प्रदेश के सीहोर जिले में अमलाहा में 71 हेक्टेयर भूमि उपलब्ध कराई गयी है। इकार्डा लेबनान के महानिदेशक डाॅ. मुहम्मद स¨हू ने आज भोपाल में मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चैहान से भेंट कर संस्थान क¨ दिये जा रहे सहय¨ग के प्रति आभार प्रकट किया। मुख्यमंत्री श्री च©हान ने कहा कि मध्यप्रदेश देश में दलहन का सबसे बड़ा उत्पादक राज्य है। दलहन उत्पादन में देश क¨ आत्म-निर्भर बनाने के लिये उच्च-स्तरीय अनुसंधान की जरूरत है, यह संस्थान उसकी पूर्ति करेगा। मुख्यमंत्री ने उम्मीद जताई कि दलहनी फसल¨ं के सुधार, शुष्क खेती के क्षेत्र में नये श¨ध अ©र तकनीक प्रसारण में इस संस्थान की महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका ह¨गी। 
केन-बेतवा                            
मध्यप्रदेश में केन-बेतवा संपर्क परियोजना का क्रियान्वयन शुरू हो गया है। केन्द्रीय जल संसाधन राज्यमंत्री संतोष कुमार गंगवार ने आज राज्यसभा में एक लिखित प्रश्न के उत्तर में ये जानकारी दी। उन्होंने बताया कि इस परियोजना के क्रियान्वयन के लिए सर्वोच्च न्यायालय की स्वीकृति फरवरी 2012 में मिल गई थी। इस परियोजना के पूरा हो जाने से मध्यप्रदेश और उत्तरप्रदेश को लाभ होगा। श्री गंगवार ने बताया कि परियोजना के प्रथम चरण की लागत 9393 करोड़ और दूसरे चरण की लागत 2283 करोड़ रूपये है। जल संसाधन मंत्री के अनुसार इस परियोजना से 7.35 लाख हेक्टेयर क्षेत्रफल में सिंचाई क्षमता और 78 मेगावाॅट की पन बिजली निर्मित होगी। इसके साथ ही 15.07 लाख लोगों को पेयजल उपलब्ध कराया जा सकेगा। उन्होंने स्पष्ट किया कि केन्द्र सरकार मध्यप्रदेश की किसी दूसरी नदी संपर्क योजना पर विचार नहीं कर रही है।   
कार्यशाला        
मुख्य सचिव अंट¨नी डिसा ने प्रदेश की बड़ी परियोजनाओं के कामों में तेजी लाने पर जोर दिया है। उन्होंने आज भोपाल में ई प्र¨जेक्ट्स मेनेजमेन्ट सिस्टम पर आधारित द¨ दिवसीय कार्यशाला के उदघाटन सत्र क¨ संब¨धित करते हुए परिय¨जनाअ¨ं के क्रियान्वयन की बाधाएँ दूर करने के लिए सूचना प्र©द्य¨गिकी विभाग द्वारा प्रारंभ किये गये विशेष साफ्टवेयर क¨ प्रशंसा की। उन्होंने कहा कि स© कर¨ड़ से एक हजार कर¨ड़ के मध्य लागत की परिय¨जनाअ¨ं अ©र उनकी विभिन्न मंजूरिय¨ं के लिए अलग-अलग विभाग¨ं मध्य तालमेल स्थापित कर योजनाओं के क्रियान्वयन क¨ गति दी जाएगी।
सहकारी बैंक चुनाव            
प्रदेश के  32 जिला सहकारी बैंकांे के अध्यक्ष और संचालक मंडल के चुनाव की प्रक्रिया आज से शुरू हो गई है। राज्य सहकारी निर्वाचन पदाधिकारी प्रभात पाराशर के अनुसार सहकारी बैंको के चुनाव दो चरणों कराये जाने हैं। पहले चरण में सदस्यता सूची का प्रकाशन कर आपत्तियों का निराकरण किया जायेगा, जिसके बाद 23 अगस्त को अंतिम सदस्यता सूची प्रकाशित की जायेगी। इन चुनावों का दूसरा चरण दस सितंबर से शुरू होगा जिसमें तीस सितंबर तक बंैकों के संचालक मंडल और अध्यक्षों का चुनाव किया जायेेगा। 
संविलियन        
प्रदेश के स्कूल शिक्षा मंत्री पारस जैन के कहा है कि अध्यापक संवर्ग संविलियन के लिए नीति बनाई जा रही है। इस नीति क¨ राज्य शासन द्वारा शीघ्र लागू किया जायेगा। आज भोपाल में जारी एक बयान में उन्होंने स्पष्ट किया कि अभी अध्यापक संवर्ग के महिला, विकलांग और एक निकाय से अन्य निकाय में संविलियन की अनुमति पर पूर्व से ही प्रतिबंध लगाया हुआ है। प्रतिबंध की इस अवधि में भी कई निकाय¨ं द्वारा अनापत्ति प्रमाण-पत्र जारी किया जाना अनुचित है। श्री जैन ने अधिकारियों  को निर्देश दिये है कि इस बारे में ताजा निर्देशों का पालन किया जाये। 
स्वीकृति        
जबलपुर के शासकीय विज्ञान महिला महाविद्यालय और कन्या छात्रावास में विभिन्न निर्माण कार्यों के लिए 3 कर¨ड़ 54 लाख 44 हजार रुपये की स्वीकृति जारी की गयी है। इस राशि की 20 लाख रुपये की पहली किस्त भी जारी कर दी गयी है और कार्य शीघ्र प्रारंभ करवाने के निर्देश दिये गए हैं।
ध्वजारोहण        
मुरैना जिले के पुरावस कलां गांव की सरपंच बादामी बाई इस बार स्वतंत्रता दिवस पर गांव के प्राथमिक विद्यालय में ध्वजारोहण कर सकेंगी। मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चैहान के निर्देश पर इस संबंध में आदेश जारी कर दिये गये हैं। सरपंच बादामी बाई ने हाल ही में यह शिकायत की थी कि उन्हें गांव के कतिपय लोगों द्वारा ध्वजारोहण नहीं करने दिया जाता है। राज्य शासन ने सरपंच की शिकायत पर पंचायत सचिव को हटाने के आदेश भी दिये हैं। 
उपचुनाव        
प्रदेश के तीन विधानसभा क्षेत्रों बहोरीबंद, विजयराघवगढ़ और आगर के लिए इस महीने की 21 तारीख को होने वाले उपचुनाव के प्रचार में कल से तेजी आने की संभावना है। मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चैहान कल आगर विधानसभा क्षेत्र के बडौद और तन्नोडिया में भाजपा प्रत्याशी के पक्ष में प्रचार करेंगे। श्री चैहान बहोरीबंद विधानसभा क्षेत्र में 13 अगस्त से 4 दिनों तक कुल 14 चुनावी सभाओं को संबोधित करेंगे। वहीं केन्द्रीय मंत्री नरेन्द्र सिंह तोमर भी तीन दिन तक बहोरीबंद विधानसभा क्षेत्र में प्रचार करेंगे। वही प्रदेश भाजपा के संगठन मंत्री अरविंद मेनन कटनी जिले की बहोरीबंद और विजयराघावगढ़ विधानसभा क्षेत्र मे ंमंडल और सेक्टरवार बैठकें ले रहे हैं। कांग्रेस की ओर से पूर्व केन्द्रीय मंत्री ज्योतिरादित्य सिंधिया और प्रदेश कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष कल आगर विधानसभा क्षेत्र में चुनाव प्रचार करेंगे। पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री दिग्विजय सिंह 14 अगस्त को आगर विधानसभा क्षेत्र में कांग्रेस प्रत्याशी के पक्ष में प्रचार करेंगे। प्रदेश सपा द्वारा भी कल से बहोरीबंद और आगर में पार्टी प्रत्याशियों के पक्ष में सघन चुनाव प्रचार शुरू किया जायेगा। 
निधन                     
पूर्व सांसद रेशमलाल जागडे़ का आज छत्तीसगढ़ की राजधानी रायपुर में निधन हो गया। वे 92 वर्ष के थे और पिछले कुछ दिनों से  अस्वस्थ थे एक निजी अस्पताल में उनका इलाज चल रहा था। श्री जांगड़े वर्ष 1952 में अविभाजित मध्यप्रदेश के बिलासपुर संसदीय क्षेत्र से पहली लोकसभा के लिये चुने गये थे। राज्यपाल रामनरेश यादव, मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चैहान ने श्री जांगडे के निधन पर शोक व्यक्त किया है। 
मानसून सक्रिय        
पिछले 24 घंटों के दौरान प्रदेश के सागर,जबलपुर और भोपाल संभागों में मानसून सक्रिय रहा। वहीं रीवा और ग्वालियर संभागों में अनेक स्थानों पर तथा उज्जैन और चंबल संभागों में कुछ स्थानों पर बारिश हुई। ब्यावरा और बमोरी में 11-11 सेंटीमीटर तथा पन्ना और नीमच में 8-8 सेंटीमीटर बारिश दर्ज की गई। बालाघाट, जावद और राघवगढ़ में 7-7 सेंटीमीटर बारिश हुई। हमारे मंडला संवाददाता ने बताया है कि जिले में पिछले 24 घंटे से हो रही लगातार बारिश से जनजीवन अस्त-व्यस्त हो गया है। नर्मदा और अन्य सहायक नदियों का जलस्तर लगातार बढ़ता जा रहा है। राजधानी भोपाल में भी कल रात और आज सुबह हल्की से तेज बौछारे पड़ी। मौसम केन्द्र भोपाल ने अगले 24 घंटों के दौरान राज्य के सभी संभागों में अनेक स्थानों पर बारिश होने की संभावना जताई है। भोपाल में भी गरज-चमक के साथ बौछारे पड़ने की संभावना है। 
भुजरिया पर्व                           
रक्षाबंधन के दूसरे दिन आज भुजरिया पर्व धूमधाम से मनाया गया। इस दौरान प्रदेशभर में मेले भी लगाये गये। हमारे शिवपुरी और हरदा संवाददाता ने बताया कि आज चल समारोह निकालकर भुजरियों को विसर्जित किया गया और लोगों ने एकदूसरे भुजरिया देकर शुभकामनाएं दीं।

1. उज्जैन में भगवान महाकाल की भादों माह की शाही सवारी निकाली गयी। मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चैहान भी इसमें शामिल हुए। 
2. जनसम्पर्क आयुक्त एस.के. मिश्रा ने आज भोपाल स्थित जनंसपर्क कार्यालय में अपना कार्यभार संभाल लिया है। उन्होंने निवृत्तमान आयुक्त राकेश श्रीवास्तव से विधिवत कार्यभार ग्रहण किया। 
3. अगले दो महीनों में भोपाल जिले में 34 स्थानों पर मतदाता जागरूकता शिविर लगाये जायेंगे। इन कैम्पों में नगरीय निकाय और पंचायत निकाय के चुनाव में इस्तेमाल होने वाली इलेक्ट्रानिक वोटिंग मशीन की जानकारी दी जायेगी और मतदाता सूची तैयार करने का कार्य किया जायेगा। 
4. शिवपुरी पुलिस अधीक्षक ने कार्य में लापरवाही पर 4 पुलिसकर्मियों को लाईन हाजिर करने का आदेश दिया। 
5. शहडोल जिले में संस्कृत सप्ताह मनाया जा रहा है। इस दौरान छात्र-छात्राओं को संस्कृत से जोड़ने की कोशिश की जा रही है। 
6. केन्द्रीय विद्यालय उज्जैन के छात्र पीयूष नागर को राष्ट्रीय फुटबाल स्पर्धा के लिए मध्यप्रदेश की टीम में चुना किया गया है।

भारत रत्न                            11.08.2014/02ः30   मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चैहान ने कहा है कि पूर्व प्रधानमंत्री अटलबिहारी वाजपेयी को भारत रत्न से सम्मानित  किया जाना चाहिये। श्री चैहान ने कल भोपाल मे मीडिया से अनौपचारिक बातचीत में कहा कि वे पहले भी ये अनुरोध कर चुके हैं कि श्री वाजपेयी को यह सम्मान मिलना चाहिये। उन्होंने रक्षाबंधन पर बड़ी संख्या में मुख्यमंत्री निवास पहुंचीं महिलाओं को संबोधित करते हुए कहा कि उनकी सरकार महिला सशक्तिकरण की दिशा में तेजी से काम कर रही है। प्रदेश में पुलिस  आरक्षकों की भर्ती में महिलाओं को 30 फीसदी आरक्षण देने का निर्णय लिया गया है। मुख्यमंत्री ने बताया कि जल्द ही मुख्यमंत्री निवास पर एक और महिला पंचायत बुलाई जायेगी।

मास्टर ट्रेनर               10.08.2014/07ः10
  आगामी नगरीय और पंचायत चुनावो के मद्देनजर संभाग स्तर पर इलेक्ट्राॅनिक वोटिंग मशीन के मास्टरों और टेªनरों को  प्रशिक्षण दिया जा रहा है। इसकी शुरूआत आज इंदौर से कर दी गई है। इस प्रशिक्षण के दौरान वोटिंग मशीनों के संचालन की बारीकियों से अवगत कराया जा रहा है। राज्य निर्वाचन आयोग द्वारा जारी विज्ञप्ति में बताया गया है कि प्रदेश के सभी जिलों में कुल सात सौ पैंसठ मास्टर ट्रेनर तैयार किये गये हैं।
मौद्रिक नीति                      11.08.2014/02ः30   केंद्रीय वित्तमंत्री अरूण जेटली ने उम्मीद जताई कि अर्थव्यवस्था की मौजूदा चुनौतियों का सामना करने के लिए रिजर्व बैंक सभी जरूरी कदम उठायेगा और ब्याज दरों में कटौती कर फैसला भी जल्द लिया जायेगा। नई दिल्ली में भारतीय रिजर्व बैंक बोर्ड की बैठक में वित्तमंत्री ने कहा कि अर्थव्यवस्था को मजबूत करने के लिए सभी स्तरों पर कदम उठाये जाने चाहिये। इस मौके पर रिजर्व बैंक के गवर्नर रघुराम राजन ने कहा है कि अर्थव्यवस्था की चुनौतियों का सामना करने के लिए नई मौद्रिक नीति के प्रारूप पर विचार-विमर्श शुरू कर दिया गया है। उन्होंने बताया कि बैंक के उपगवर्नर की अध्यक्षता में बनी समिति ने अपनी सिफारिशों में मौद्रिक नीति के प्रारूप में  बदलाव की सिफारिश की है।

दूध दाम                       11.08.2014/02ः30   भोपाल दुग्ध संघ ने दूध के अपने दो प्रमुख ब्राण्डों के दामों में दो रूपये प्रति लीटर की वृद्धि कर दी है। यह वृद्धि आज से लागू हो गई है। दुग्ध संघ ने इससे पहले जून माह मे भी दूध के दामों में दो रूपये लीटर की वृद्धि की थी। 
छात्रावास                       11.08.2014/02ः30   मण्डला कलेक्टर लोकेश जाटव ने कहा है कि छात्रावासों में अध्यापन और रहने की आदर्श व्यवस्थायें सुनिश्चित की जानी चाहिये। कलेक्टर ने कहा कि छात्रावास-पालक समितियां इस काम में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभा सकती हैं। उन्होंने निर्देश दिये कि छात्रों के माता-पिता और अभिभावको को भी छात्रावासों का निरीक्षण कर यह देखना चाहिये कि छात्रावास में किस तरह की व्यवस्थायें हैं और उनमें क्या सुधार किया जा सकता है। 
रितु कुमारी                     11.08.2014/02ः30 
  केन्द्रीय औद्योगिक सुरक्षा बल की आरक्षक रितु कुमारी को इलाज के लिए दिल्ली स्थित एम्स में भर्ती कराया गया है। पिछले दिनों  कथित प्रताड़ना के चलते भोपाल विमानतल पर तैनात रितु कुमारी ने खुद को गोली मार ली थी। इसके बाद उनका इलाज भोपाल के एक निजी अस्पताल में चल रहा था। मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चैहान ने कल अस्पताल पहुंचकर उनके स्वास्थ्य की जानकारी ली और उन्हें इलाज के लिए दिल्ली भेजने के निर्देश दिये थे।

1. ग्वालियर जिले के पिछोर में आज तड़के एक मकान की छत गिरने से दो लोगों की मौत हो गई और तीन घायल हो गये। घायलों को अस्पताल में भर्ती कराया गया है।
2. सीहोर जिले में मुख्यमंत्री तीर्थदर्शन योजना के तहत 202 तीर्थयात्री  24 अगस्त को रामेश्वरम की यात्रा पर रवाना होंगे।

4. आगरमालवा जिले में सोयत-पिड़ावा मार्ग पर कल शाम एक निजी यात्री बस-बाईक की भिडंत से एक युवक की मौत हो गई ।

विदेशों में जमा कालाधन वापस लाने के प्रयास में भारत को पिछले वित्तवर्ष मंे करवंचना और फर्जी जमाराशि के चैबीस हजार से अधिक मामलों की जानकारी प्राप्त हुई है। आयकर विभाग इन मामलों की जांच कर रहा है। काले धन के बारे में गठित विशेष जांच दल एक दर्जन से अधिक देशों से मिली सूचनाओं का अध्ययन कर रहा है। इनमें से ज्यादातर जानकारी न्यूजीलैण्ड से मिली है। इसके बाद स्पेन, ब्रिटेन, स्वीडन, और डेनमार्क से भी सूचनायें प्राप्त हुई हैं। केंद्रीय प्रत्यक्ष कर बोर्ड ने विशेष जांच दल को बताया है कि पिछले साल की तुलना में इस बार इन आंकड़ों में वृद्धि हुई है और भविष्य में इसमें बढ़ोत्तरी होने की संभावना है।

नगरीय प्रशासन विकास मंत्री कैलाश विजयवर्गीय नेे कहा है कि भाजपा के प्रदेश अध्यक्ष पद के रूप में नंदकुमार सिंह चैहान का नाम तय है। श्री विजयवर्गीय आज इंदौर के परदेशीपुरा क्षेत्र में वृद्धाश्रम में रक्षाबंधन पर्व के दौरान पत्रकारों से चर्चा कर रहे थे। उन्होंने कहा कि श्री चैहान की अब केवल औपचारिक ताजपोशी होना है। मध्यप्रदेश क्रिकेट एसोशियेशन के अध्यक्ष पद के चुनाव लड़ने की उनकी पूरी तैयारी है । इसी से जुड़े एक सवाल के जवाब में उन्होंने कहा कि पूर्व केंद्रीय मंत्री ज्योतिरादित्य सिंधिया की ओर से समझौते को लेकर कोई पेशकश की जाती है तो उस पर विचार किया जायेगा। उन्होंने प्रदेश में नगरीय निकायों के चुनाव के मद्देनजर कहा कि भाजपा की पूरी तैयारी है, इसमें निश्चित ही पार्टी को सफलता मिलेगी।

जरूरी वस्तुओं की बढ़ती कीमतों के विरोध में आज भोपाल में युवा कांग्रेस के कार्यकर्ताओ ने टमाटर और प्याज से निर्मित राखियां बंधवाईं। युवा कांग्रेस के भोपाल लोकसभा कमेटी के अध्यक्ष मनोज शुक्ला ने बताया कि केंद्र सरकार की नीतियों के विरोध में भाइयांे की ओर से अपनी बहनों को उपहार में टमाटर, प्याज और हरी धनिया प्रदान किये गये। उन्होंने कहा कि भाजपा सरकार के कार्यकाल मंे रोजमर्रा की वस्तुओं की कीमतें लगातार बढ़ती जा रही हैं और सरकार इन पर काबू पाने में नाकाम रही है।
सहकारी बैंक             10.08.2014/07.10   प्रदेश के अड़तालीस जिला सहकारी बैंकांे में से 32 बैंको के अध्यक्ष और संचालक मंडल के चुनाव की प्रक्रिया कल से शुरू होगी। राज्य सहकारी निर्वाचन प्राधिकारी प्रभात पाराशर ने बताया है कि सहकारी बैंको के चुनाव दो चरणों में होंगे। पहले चरण में सदस्यता सूची का प्रकाशन कर आपत्तियों का निराकरण किया जायेगा, जिसके बाद 23 अगस्त को अंतिम सदस्यता सूची प्रकाशित की जायेगी। चुनाव का दूसरा चरण दस सितंबर से शुरू होगा जिसमें तीस सितंबर तक बंैकों के संचालक मंडल और अध्यक्षों का चुनाव होगा। जिन जिला सहकारी बैंकों में चुनाव प्रक्रिया शुरू की जा रही है उनमें भोपाल, रायसेन, राजगढ़, होशंगाबाद, बैतूल और उज्जैन के बैंक शामिल है।

दक्षिण पूर्वी एशियाई देशों के संगठन आसियान ने व्यापार बढ़ाने के अलावा अन्य क्षेत्रों में बढ़ती चुनौतियों से निपटने के लिए भी भारत के साथ सहयोग बढ़ाने का संकल्प व्यक्त किया है। आसियान देश अब समुद्री सुरक्षा ,आतंकवाद, नशीले पदार्थों की तस्करी और सायबर अपराध से मुकाबले के लिए भारत के साथ सहयोग बढ़ायेंगे। दस देशों के इस संगठन मे खासकर समुद्री सुरक्षा और दक्षिणी चीन सागर में स्वतंत्र आवाजाही के लिए भारत के साथ सहयोग बढ़ाने पर जोर दिया है। विदेश मंत्री सुषमा स्वराज ने कल भारत आसियान बैठक को संबोधित करते हुए कहा था कि भारत अंतर्राष्ट्रीय कानून के अनुसार दक्षिणी चीन सागर में मुक्त आवाजाही और संसाधनों के उपयोग की आजादी का समर्थन करता है।
मास्टर ट्रेनर               10.08.2014/07ः10   राज्य निर्वाचन आयेाग द्वारा संभाग स्तर पर इलेक्ट्राॅनिक वोटिंग मशीन के मास्टरों और टेªनरों के एक दिवसीय प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम कल से शुरू हांेगे जो 12 सितंबर तक चलेंगे। प्रशिक्षण की शुरूआत कल इंदौर से होगी। जिसके बाद 12 अगस्त को उज्जैन और 20 अगस्त सेे अन्य क्षेत्रों में प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम आयोजित किये जायेंगे। आयोग द्वारा इलेक्ट्राॅनिक वोटिंग मशीन के कार्यप्रणाली के संचालन और प्रचार प्रसार के लिये सभी जिलों में कुल सात सौ पैंसठ मास्टर ट्रेनर तैयार किये गये है।

वित्तीय समावेशन                10.08.2014/07ः10
मध्यप्रदेश के वित्तीय समावेशन के समृद्धि माडल को केंद्र सरकार द्वारा पूरे देश में संपूर्ण वित्तीय समावेशन योजना के रूप में लागू किया जा रहा है। इस माडल के तहत ग्रामीणों को उनके घरो के पांच किलोमीटर के दायरे में ही बैंकिंग सुविधाओं का लाभ सुनिश्चित कराने के लिए प्रदेश के साढ़े चैदह हजार से अधिक ऐसे गांवो को चिन्हित किया गया जहां बीस से सत्तर किलोमीटर की दूरी पर बैंकिंग सुविधाओं का अभाव था, गांव में ही उनके घरों के नजदीक बैंकिग सुविधा के मकसद से करीब तीन हजार अल्ट्रा-स्माॅल बैंक खोलने की मुहिम शुरू की गई। अब तक दो हजार चार से अधिक छोटे छोटे गांवों में खुले इन बैंकों ने करीब एक हजार आठ सौ करोड़ रूपये से अधिक का कारोबार किया है। 
दवा बिक्री                10.08.2014/07ः10     स्वास्थ्य विभाग ने कहा है कि सरकारी अस्पतालों द्वारा मरीजों को दी जाने वाली दवाओं की उच्चतम गुणवत्ता सुनिश्चित की गई है। भोपाल में जारी एक आधिकारिक बयान में कहा गया है कि विश्व स्वास्थ्य संगठन द्वारा प्रमाणित निर्माताओं से ही निविदा आमंत्रित कर राज्य में निर्धारित की गई दर पर जिला स्तर पर दवाओं की खरीदी की जा रही है। इसके साथ ही हर सप्ताह दवाईयों की उपलब्धता और गुणवत्ता की समीक्षा भी की जा रही है। बयान मंे कहा गया है कि तीन दिन पहले स्वास्थ्य संचानालय को चार औषधियों के अमानक स्तर का होने की  जानकारी मिली है। इनके निर्माताओं से दवा मूल्य की वसूली कर उन्हें कालीसूची में डालने की कार्यवाही की जा रही है। बयान में  यह भी कहा गया है कि कुछ समाचार पत्रों में रोगियों को अमानक दवायें देने की खबरे प्रकाशित हुई है जो तथ्य आधारित नहीं है। पिछले अप्रैल महीने से अब तक भेजे गये दवाओ केे नमूनों में से 70 की रिपोर्टे आई है जो मानक स्तर की है। हमारे भोपाल संवाददाता ने बताया है कि स्टेट ड्रग लेबोरेटरी की रिपोर्ट के आधार पर मीडिया में प्रकाशित खबरों में सरकारी अस्पतालों में मरीजों को अमानक दवाईयां वितरित किये जाने की बात कही गई थी। इनमें  कहा गया था कि पिछले दो सालों में मरीजों को दी गई एक सौ सैंतालीस प्रकार की दवायंे जांच में अमानक निकली। प्रदेश कांग्रेस ने राज्य में दवा खरीदी में घोटाला होने का आरोप भी लगाया था। 
अरूण कटारे               10.08.2014/07ः10   प्रदेश कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष अरूण यादव ने कहा है कि उनकी पार्टी मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चैहान द्वारा कांग्रेस के आरोपो पर न्यायालय में मानहानि का दावा दायर करने की धमकियों से डरने वाली नहीं है। भोपाल में जारी एक बयान में उन्होंने कहा है कि मुख्यमंत्री अपनी सरकार की गलतियों पर पर्दा डालने के लिये भ्रष्टाचार के मामलों को राजनैतिक मुददा मानने की नसमझी कर रहे है। श्री यादव ने कहा है कि प्रदेश की जनता ने कांग्रेस को राज्य सरकार की गलतियों को उजागर करने का उत्तरदायित्व सौंपा है। जिसे कांग्रेस अच्छी तरह निभा रही है। उन्होंने कहा है कि यदि श्री चैहान में साहस है तो वे न्यायहीत में व्यापम घोटाले की जांच सीबीआई को सौंपे। 
रक्षाबंधन                10.08.2014/07.10   भाई और बहन के स्नेह का पर्व रक्षाबंधन प्रदेश में भी पारम्परिक हर्षोउल्लास के साथ मनाया जा रहा है। इस मौके पर बहने अपने भाईयांे की कलाईयों पर राखी बांध रही है। राजधानी भोपाल में इस मौके पर बाजारों में खासी चहल पहल देखी जा रही है। वहीं भाई अपनी बहनों को विभिन्न उपहार दे रहे है। विभिन्न संगठनांे से जुड़ी महिलाओं और बालिकाआंे ने राज्य भवन पहुंचकर राज्यपाल रामनरेश यादव को राखी बांधी। वहीं मुख्यमंत्री निवास में भी रक्षाबंधन का पर्व मनाया गया। सागर से हमारे संवाददाता ने बताया है कि हर वर्ष की तरह इस वर्ष भी यहां सदभावना राखी समारोह का आयोजन किया गया जिसमें विभिन्न धर्म और जाति के लोग शामिल हुये। इस मौके पर केन्द्रीय जेल सागर में बंद आंध्रप्रदेश की महिला कैदी को रिहा कर दिया गया। वह दस साल की सज़ा काटने के बाद जुर्माना नहीं भरने के कारण अतिरिक्त सज़ा काट रही थी। शाजापुर जिले में रक्षाबंधन का त्यौहार उत्साह के साथ मनाया जा रहा है। हमारे संवाददाता ने बताया कि आज सुबह श्रावणी कर्म के तहत ब्राम्हण समाज के लोगों ने विभिन्न प्रकारों के स्नान के बाद नई जनेऊ धारण करने का कार्य भी संपन्न किया।रीवा और मुरैना के केन्द्रीय जेल में कैदियों ने रक्षाबंधन का पर्व मनाया। राज्यपाल रामनरेश यादव और मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चैहान ने प्रदेशवासियों को बधाई और शुभकामनायें दी हैं।

BJP prime-ministerial candidate Narendra  Modi today  criticised Congress President Sonia Gandhi over her 'Zeher ki Kheti' barb and alleged that it is the Congress which spews poison and indulges in divisive politics. Addressing a rally at Meerut in Uttar Pradesh today, Modi accused Congress of driving a wedge between states and communities and referred to the Telangana issue saying that the whole of Andhra Pradesh is engulfed in a fire because of the way Congress had handled the issue. He said that he had made Gujarat free of riots and would make Uttar Pradesh also riot-free if his party is voted to power.
BJP believe in peace , unity, brotherhood and sadbhavana. Does UP want to be riot free ? Believe in us and we promise you that we will give a riot free state.
Modi's counter-attack on the Congress came a day after Sonia Gandhi at a rally in Karnataka had accused Modi and BJP of indulging in divisive politics by sowing seeds of poison  and instigating violence in their "hunger" for power. He also attacked the ruling Samajwadi Party in Uttar Pradesh and the AAP government in Dehi and sought a mandate for his party in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections.

NCP President Sharad Pawar today said the issue of seat sharing with Congress for the upcoming general elections will be resolved in next 10 days. In a tweet, Mr Pawar said talks are on in a cordial manner and his party colleague Praful Patel has not given any ultimatum to the Congress in this regard. He said the country needs a stable government and claimed that Aam Aadmi Party will have no impact on Lok Sabha poll outcomes.
Responding to a query during a press conference at Kolhapur in Maharashtra today, the NCP chief said there was no need for further debate once courts had ruled on Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi's role during the 2002 riots. He reiterated the stand taken recently by his party colleague Praful Patel that any judicial pronouncement on Modi's alleged involvement in the post-Godhra riots should be accepted. Patel said NCP will not question it further.

The ruling AIADMK  in Tamil Nadu and CPI have announced their decision to enter into an alliance ahead of the coming Lok Sabha polls. The announcement was made  by AIADMK Supremo and Chief Minister J. Jayalalitha at a press conference in Chennai today.
Meanwhile, Janata Dal (United), which walked out of NDA last year, has said taht it will strive for formation of a Third Force though there are internal contradictions.
In an interview to a news agency, party President Sharad Yadav scotched speculation of JD (U) aligning with the BJP again after the Lok Sabha polls, saying the parting of ways happened on ideological issues and there is no question of their joining hands again. He also ruled out any truck with Congress in the next Lok Sabha polls.

The Congress today said that party Vice President Rahul Gandhi's experiment of choosing Congress candidates for Lok Sabha polls in over 15 constituencies with direct feedback on the lines of US primaries will continue notwithstanding some initial hiccups. The Department of Telecom will conduct Spectrum auction tomorrow. Eight companies  including Bharti Airtel, Vodafone and  Reliance Infocom will battle it out at the auction.The Department of Telecom has put on the block around 385 MHz of radiowaves in the 1800 MHz band, and 46 MHz in the 900 MHz band. The third round of spectrum auction follows a Supreme Court order in 2G case directing that all the radiowaves freed from the cancellation of 122 licences in February 2012 should be auctioned.
This time , Telecom authority  has fixed the base price for sale of spectrum in the 1800 Mhz band for pan-India at  1,765 crore rupees per MHz, about 26 percent lower than in the March sale.  The government is hopeful that all the spectrum put on auction table would be sold out.

In a special hearing today the Supreme Court  allowed the Centre to go ahead with the auction of spectrum while rejecting any interim relief to telecom companies who sought a stay on the auction.
The government expects a minimum of 11,300 crore rupees in upfront payments from the auction of airwaves, which are worth about 49,000 crore rupees at the base price.

In Assam, security forces have arrested two cadres of banned outfit National Democratic Front of Bodoland (Sangbijit faction) along with a linkman in Sonitpur district in connection with the killing of Additional SP Guljar Hussein. Official sources said that militants killed 2 persons including the Additional SP on 28th of January at Dhekiajuli . Sources said that the arrested militants were involved in the ambush while the linkman provided shelter to militants to carry out the operation.

The Arunachal Pradesh Government has announced ex-gratia payment of three lakh rupees each for those killed and 50 thousand rupees each to the seriously injured in the Tarasso incident on Wednesday.Chief Minister Nabam Tuki ordered Papum Pare Deputy Commissioner for disbursement of payment. He also appealed to the Union Home Minister to have an independent investigation.
Ten CPI(ML) supporters were killed and eight others injured when unidentified persons from Arunachal Pradesh attacked the CPI(ML) men at Chaulduha in Assam's Sonitpur district on January 29.

Twelve Indian sailors from Gujarat who went missing after their dhow cargo boat sank off the coast of southeast Yemen’s Hadramout province are safe. They are being brought from the north eastern village of  Shehr to Al Makalla port in Yemen. Indian Embassy officials in Sanaa told AIR a short while ago that all 12 sailors and the boat were from Gujarat and the boat was carrying truck chassis parts. It ran aground in the high tides only to be found after some time. Yemeni authorities said that the members would be interrogated for illegal cargo activity being undertaken by them. Earlier reports had suggested that the the cargo boat sank off the coastal City of Shehr, leaving 12 Indian sailors missing.

Thailand voted today under heavy security in snap elections amid boycott calls from the opposition. There were no reports of major violence during the polls that ended this afternoon. Polling was relatively peaceful. Officials, however, said anti-government protesters disrupted the voting at 127 out of 375 constituencies nationwide. The polling was cancelled in most areas of the southern region and in many constituencies in Bangkok.  The counting, which began  immediately after the voting, is in progress.
The Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh has said that  museums should play the role of institution of learning and important tourist destination. Inaugurating the bi-centenary celebrations of Indian Museum in Kolkata this morning, Dr. Singh said that it is not enough in today's world to house a collection.
"A museum needs to document, study and analyse its own collections, make comparisons with similar collections held elsewhere and build up collaborations with other great museums whose collections reflect and shed light on what it holds."
Dr. Singh unveiled the modernised Indian Museum and released a commemorative postage stamp and a monograph on the History of 200 years of Indian Museum.

Even after the smooth talks between fishermen representatives of India and Sri Lanka at Chennai recently, the saga of Lankan Navy attacking Tamil fishermen when they cross the international maritime boundary line is continuing.  Last Thursday, Lankan Navy detained 38 Tamil fishermen from Rameswaram and their six boats. Karnataka defeated Maharashtra by seven wickets to lift the Ranji Trophy for cricket today. On the fifth and last day of the final at Hyderabad , chasing a target of 157 runs, Karnataka sailed through, losing only three wickets in their second innings.
Earlier, Maharashtra resuming their innings at the overnight score of 272 for six were all out for 366 in their second innings.
Karnataka have won the trophy for seventh time.

BJP prime-ministerial candidate Narendra  Modi today  criticised Congress President Sonia Gandhi over her 'Zeher ki Kheti' barb and alleged that it is the Congress which spews poison and indulges in divisive politics. Addressing a rally at Meerut in Uttar Pradesh today, Modi accused Congress of driving a wedge between states and communities and referred to the Telangana issue saying that the whole of Andhra Pradesh is engulfed in a fire because of the way Congress had handled the issue. He said that he had made Gujarat free of riots and would make Uttar Pradesh also riot-free if his party is voted to power.

Modi's counter-attack on the Congress came a day after Sonia Gandhi at a rally in Karnataka had accused Modi and BJP of indulging in divisive politics by sowing seeds of poison  and instigating violence in their "hunger" for power. He also attacked the ruling Samajwadi Party in Uttar Pradesh and the AAP government in Dehi and sought a mandate for his party in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections.

NCP President Sharad Pawar today said the issue of seat sharing with Congress for the upcoming general elections will be resolved in next 10 days. In a tweet, Mr Pawar said talks are on in a cordial manner and his party colleague Praful Patel has not given any ultimatum to the Congress in this regard. He said the country needs a stable government and claimed that Aam Aadmi Party will have no impact on Lok Sabha poll outcomes.
Responding to a query during a press conference at Kolhapur in Maharashtra today, the NCP chief said there was no need for further debate once courts had ruled on Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi's role during the 2002 riots. He reiterated the stand taken recently by his party colleague Praful Patel that any judicial pronouncement on Modi's alleged involvement in the post-Godhra riots should be accepted. The Department of Telecom will conduct Spectrum auction tomorrow. Eight companies  including Bharti Airtel, Vodafone and  Reliance Infocom will battle it out at the auction.The Department of Telecom has put on the block around 385 MHz of radiowaves in the 1800 MHz band, and 46 MHz in the 900 MHz band. The third round of spectrum auction follows a Supreme Court order in 2G case directing that all the radiowaves freed from the cancellation of 122 licences in February 2012 should be auctioned.
This time , Telecom authority  has fixed the base price for sale of spectrum in the 1800 Mhz band for pan-India at  1,765 crore rupees per MHz, about 26 percent lower than in the March sale.  The government is hopeful that all the spectrum put on auction table would be sold out.

In a special hearing today the Supreme Court  allowed the Centre to go ahead with the auction of spectrum while rejecting any interim relief to telecom companies who sought a stay on the auction.
The government expects a minimum of 11,300 crore rupees in upfront payments from the auction of airwaves, which are worth about 49,000 crore rupees at the base price.

In Assam, security forces have arrested two cadres of banned outfit National Democratic Front of Bodoland (Sangbijit faction) along with a linkman in Sonitpur district in connection with the killing of Additional SP Guljar Hussein. Sources said that the arrested militants were involved in the ambush while the linkman provided shelter to militants to carry out the operation.

The Arunachal Pradesh Government has announced ex-gratia payment of three lakh rupees each for those killed and 50 thousand rupees each to the seriously injured in the Tarasso incident on Wednesday.Chief Minister Nabam Tuki ordered Papum Pare Deputy Commissioner for disbursement of payment. He also appealed to the Union Home Minister to have an independent investigation.

Twelve Indian sailors from Gujarat who went missing after their dhow cargo boat sank off the coast of southeast Yemen’s Hadramout province are safe. They are being brought from the north eastern village of  Shehr to Al Makalla port in Yemen. Indian Embassy officials in Sanaa told AIR a short while ago that all 12 sailors and the boat were from Gujarat and the boat was carrying truck chassis parts. It ran aground in the high tides only to be found after some time. Yemeni authorities said that the members would be interrogated for illegal cargo activity being undertaken by them. Earlier reports had suggested that the the cargo boat sank off the coastal City of Shehr, leaving 12 Indian sailors missing.

Thailand voted today under heavy security in snap elections amid boycott calls from the opposition. There were no reports of major violence during the polls that ended this afternoon. Polling was relatively peaceful. Officials, however, said anti-government protesters disrupted the voting at 127 out of 375 constituencies nationwide. The polling was cancelled in most areas of the southern region and in many constituencies in Bangkok.  The counting, which began  immediately after the voting, is in progress.
The Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh has said that  museums should play the role of institution of learning and important tourist destination. Inaugurating the bi-centenary celebrations of Indian Museum in Kolkata this morning, Dr. Singh said that it is not enough in today's world to house a collection.
"A museum needs to document, study and analyse its own collections, make comparisons with similar collections held elsewhere and build up collaborations with other great museums whose collections reflect and shed light on what it holds."
Dr. Singh unveiled the modernised Indian Museum and released a commemorative postage stamp and a monograph on the History of 200 years of Indian Museum.

दिल्ली में अरविन्द केजरीवाल सरकार को समर्थन दे रहे जनता दल-यू विधायक शोएब इकबाल ने अपनी मांगें पूरी करने के लिए दिल्ली सरकार को ४८ घंटे का अल्टिमेटम दिया। दिल्ली में संवाददाताओं से बातचीत में श्री शोएब इकबाल ने कहा कि न्यूनतम साझा कार्यक्रम लागू करने के लिए केजरीवाल सरकार को ४८ घंटे का समय दिया गया है।

दूरसंचार विभाग कल स्पेक्ट्रम नीलामी आयोजित करेगा। इसमें भारती एयरटेल, वोडाफोन, रिलायंस, जिओ इन्फोकॉम समेत आठ कंपनियां हिस्सा लेंगी।

दूरसंचार विभाग ने नीलामी में बोली लगाने के लिए एक हजार आठ सौ मेगाहर्ट्‌ज+ में करीब तीन सौ पचासी मेगाहर्ट्ज+ और नौ सौ मेगाहर्ट्‌ज+ बैंड में छियालिस मेगाहर्ट्‌ज+ रेडियोवेव्स रखी हैं। स्पेक्ट्रम नीलामी का यह तीसरा दौर टू जी मामले में उच्चतम न्यायालय के आदेश के बाद आयोजित किया जा रहा है। उच्चतम न्यायालय ने अपने आदेश में फरवरी २०१२ में एक सौ बाईस लाइसेंसों के रद्द हो जाने के कारण मुक्त हुई सभी रेडियोवेव्स की नीलामी के निर्देश दिए थे।

एक विशेष सुनवाई के दौरान उच्चतम न्यायालय ने आज केन्द्र को स्पेक्ट्रम की नीलामी करने की अनुमति दी लेकिन नीलामी पर रोक की मांग करने वाली दूरसंचार कंपनियों को किसी भी प्रकार की अंतरिम राहत देने से इंकार कर दिया।

प्रधानमंत्री ने कहा है कि संग्रहालयों  को ज्ञान अर्जन के संस्थान और महत्वपूर्ण पर्यटक स्थलों  की भूमिका निभानी चाहिए। आज कोलकाता में आधुनिक बनाये गये दो शताब्दी पुराने इंडियन म्यूजि+यम का उद्घाटन करते हुए डॉक्टर मनमोहन सिंह ने कहा कि आज के समय में केवल सामग्री का संग्रह ही पर्याप्त नहीं। प्रधानमंत्री ने कहा कि संग्रहालयों को एक आकर्षक स्थल बनाया जाना चाहिए, जहां आगन्तुक अच्छे माहौल में ज्ञान अर्जित कर सकें।

सरकार ने मंहगाई को देखते हुए इस साल से पहली अप्रैल से मनरेगा की मजदूरी दर बढ़ाने का फैसला किया है। आज नई दिल्ली में नौवें मनरेगा दिवस पर केन्द्रीय ग्रामीण विकास मंत्री जयराम रमेश ने कहा कि इस बारे में अधिसूचना इस सप्ताह शुरू होने वाले सत्र के दौरान संसद में पेश की जाएगी। उन्होंने कहा कि मनरेगा मजदूरी और न्यूनतम मजदूरी की दरों में समानता होना जरूरी है। उन्होंने कहा कि मनरेगा अधिनियम को लागू करने के लिए संशोधन की जरूरत है और एक विशेषज्ञ समिति इस मामले पर गौर कर रही है।

सरकार ने कहा है कि प्रधानमंत्री रोजगार सृजन कार्यक्रम के तहत बीस लाख से अधिक लोगों को रोजगार प्रदान किया गया है। इस योजना में विनिर्माण क्षेत्र की किसी योजना को पच्चीस लाख रुपए की सहायता प्रदान की जाती है। सेवा क्षेत्र में यह सहायता दस लाख रुपये की होती है। सरकारी विज्ञप्ति में कहा गया है कि २००८-०९ के बाद से इस योजना में पांच हजार करोड़ रुपए से अधिक की राशि जारी की गयी है और दो लाख तैंतीस हजार से अधिक परियोजनाओं को मदद दी गयी है।

यमन के दक्षिण-पूर्वी हादरमौत प्रांत के तट के पास समुद्र में डूबे मालवाहक जहाज गुजरात के लापता बारह भारतीय नाविक सुरक्षित हैं। उन्हें उत्तर पूर्वी गांव शहर से यमन के अल मकाल्ला बंदरगाह पर लाया जा रहा है। सना में भारतीय दूतावास के अधिकारियों ने कुछ देर पहले आकाशवाणी को बताया कि सभी बारह नाविक और जहाज गुजरात का था तथा उसमें ट्रक की चेसिस के हिस्से पुर्जे लदे थे। समुद्री तूफान की वजह से यह जहाज किनारे पर आ लगा जहां इसे कुछ समय बाद देखा गया। यमन के अधिकारियों का कहना है कि इन नाविकों से अवैध माल की ढुलाई के लिए पूछताछ की जाएगी।

थाईलैंड में विपक्षी दलों के चुनावों के बहिष्कार की अपील के बावजूद आज भारी सुरक्षा के बीच संसदीय चुनाव के लिए मतदान हुआ। इस दौरान किसी भी स्थान से बड़ी हिंसा की कोई खबर नहीं है, हालांकि अधिकारियों ने बताया कि देश में ३७५ चुनाव क्षेत्रों में से १२७ में सरकार विरोधी प्रदर्शनकारियों ने मतदान में रूकावटें डाली। देश के दक्षिणी भाग और बैंकाक के कई चुनाव क्षेत्रों में मतदान रद्द करना पड़ा।

हैदराबाद में कर्नाटक ने महाराष्ट्र को सात विकेट से हराकर सातवीं बार रणजी ट्रॉफी क्रिकेट टूर्नामेंट जीत लिया है। फाइनल में आज जीत के लिए १५७ रन के लक्ष्य के जवाब में कर्नाटक ने दूसरी पारी में महज तीन विकेट खोकर विजयी लक्ष्य हासिल कर लिया। पहली पारी में सर्वाधिक १३१ रन और दूसरी पारी में २९ रन बनाने वाले कर्नाटक के लोकेश राहुल को मैन ऑफ द मैच घोषित किया गया।

श्रीलंका की नौसेना द्वारा उन्नीस तमिल मछुआरों और उनकी पांच नौकाओं के पकड़े जाने के कारण तमिलनाडु के रामनाथपुरम और पुडुकोट्टई जिलों के मछुआरों के गांवों में तनाव पैदा हो गया है।

चेन्नई में हाल ही में भारतीय मछुआरों के प्रतिनिधियों और श्रीलंका के बीच सौहार्दपूर्ण वातावरण में बातचीत हुई थी फिर भी श्रीलंका की नौसेना तमिल मछुआरों के अंतर्राष्ट्रीय समुद्री सीमा पार करते ही उन्हें पकड़ लेती है। इस कारण तमिलनाडु के पुड्डुकोट्टाई और रामनाथपुरम जिलों के मछुआरों के गांवों में तनाव बढ़ गया है। पिछले बृहस्पतिवार को भी श्रीलंका की नौसेना ने रामेश्वरम के ३८ तमिल मछुआरों और उनकी ६ नौकाएं पकड़ ली थी। तमिल मछुआरे समुद्र में जाना भी नहीं छोड़ सकते क्योंकि उनकी आजीविका इसी पर टिकी है। उन्होंने सरकार से श्रीलंका की जेलों में बंद मछुआरों को उनकी नौकाओं सहित रिहा कराने की गुहार लगाई है। त्रिचुरापल्ली से के. देवी पदमनाभन के साथ समाचार कक्ष से मैं योगेन्द्रपाल सिंह

केन्द्रीय स्वास्थ्य मंत्री गुलाब नबी आज+ाद को जल संसाधन मंत्रालय का अतिरिक्त प्रभार दिया गया है। श्री हरीश रावत के जल संसाधन मंत्रालय से त्यागपत्र देने के बाद उन्हें इस मंत्रालय का अतिरिक्त कार्यभार सौंपा गया है। श्री रावत को उत्तराखंड का मुख्यमंत्री बनाया गया है।
